You can track your order once it’s shipped from us. You just have to put the order ID of the product to check the details. You can also track the date for delivery.

Yes, if all the products are ordered at the same time. It may sometimes vary depending on the stock and location.

We provide FREE shipping for all
orders above Rs. 500 in India. A shipping fee is charged only on orders below Rs.500. In addition of Rs.119 has to be paid if they mode of payment is COD.

Do not worry. We will try to reattempt
it to you again and again unless the delivery of the product is cancelled.

Yes, you need to provide an Indian delivery address. You can provide a billing address as a non-Indian address to proceed with order.

At this stage, we deliver to
India only.

Yes, this can be done. Once the order is placed you get a conformation message on WhatsApp. You can manually change
the delivery address and phone number. It will automatically get changed in the
app.

Order cannot be cancelled once
shipped. You can only cancel the order before the tracking ID is assigned.

Yes, we also ship express delivery
with an additional charge of Rs.399. It usually takes one day to ship locally and can vary from 1-3 days for north east.

 If you want to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. If we have already processed your order for the shipment, we will not be able to cancel your order.

NOTE:  If failed to accept COD orders and the package comes back to us then your number will be blacklisted and hence you will only be able to purchase pre-paid orders from our store

At KiayaxAnime we have a customer
friendly return policy. You can return the product to us within 12days from
delivery. If it’s the gift wrap order you can return the product to us within
30days. For more details check our return policies.

Soon after the product reaches back
to us the return will be initiated and will be transferred to account within
2-3 working days.

No shipping charges are non-refundable in case of return.

No, absolutely not. You can just return the products which you don’t want.

As it is fashion jewelery we would recommend not to use our product with any types of cleansing chemicals or wash it with water.

We work very closely with our suppliers to ensure our stock levels are maintained. Unless an item is discontinued, we generally move quickly to restock our levels. We suggest you continue to monitor the website as we will normally replenish stock levels within weeks.

Speeding up the process. By
ordering online you will you will get prices faster and you will be able to go through order confirmation and payment process much faster. This could save days of your time.

Traceability: You will have easy access to all of your previous orders any time you want.

Reordering:  you can make a re-order anytime based on your previous orders by only couple of clicks. This will save time and effort as you don’t need to go through all the documents and emails from the past.

To get the gift wrapped for your
