Within 24 hours of your order being placed, you will receive all the tracking details along with the expected delivery date via mail/SMS/WhatsApp.
To track your order:
- Go to My Account
- Click on your order number
- You will see the Date of Shipping and Tracking
Damage or Wrong items shipped
If there are any wrong items shipped immediately contact customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) for an exchange of the products.
Or else if you receive any damaged products, size issues, broken products, or any other claims as such you should make an unboxing video and send it to customer service (email@example.com) for reference.
If there are any size issues with the products you can return them, you should send the photo of the received item first to confirm which size you have received, and then accordingly the product will be replaced.
In case of a ring size exchange, you should send back the ring first, we will only dispatch the ring once we receive the ring back from the customer.
Any replacement of the products is possible within 7 days of the delivery date.
